Review on LOHNER by Patrick Goodrich

I recently bought some tools and home repair items from LOHNER, and I must admit that I'm very disappointed. Both the quality of the things I received and the level of customer assistance were disappointing. First of all, the tools I was given felt fragile and was poorly built. While I was using them, they kept breaking and didn't function as they should have. The products for house improvement were no better; they failed to produce the outcomes I was hoping for, leaving me disappointed and irritated. I asked LOHNER's customer care for a refund, but I just got silence and dismissal in return. They didn't appear to want to assist me, and I had to go through several hoops just to receive a reply. Even then, they were hesitant to give me a refund, which made me feel taken advantage of and ripped off. In conclusion, I wouldn't advise anyone looking for high-quality equipment and home improvement supplies to buy LOHNER. Their customer service is weak, and their products are of terrible quality. Save yourself the frustration and shop at one of the many other online retailers who provide better goods and services.
