Low water supply rate, but this is a feature of the technology. Everything came in the package, with a sticker "packed under the camera", cool (though I can't evaluate it objectively) Some pros: High and stable water pressure, always fresh and cleaned in real time. Good ph (and my kidneys really need it) Direct-flow reverse osmosis system without storage tank Fully automatic operation Compact and modular design, units can be spaced up to 15m apart. Has some cons: High price Replacement filters require more frequent replacement than I'm used to
