The dispenser fits my olive oil bottle very well and the silicone seals seal the bottle tightly to prevent spills when pouring. It delivers a very smooth and even spray of olive oil onto dishes, stopping the flow without dripping. The vent is large enough to release pressure so my olive oil comes out very evenly, making it easy for me to take mental readings while counting seconds. I wish there was a lid on the spout to keep my high quality olive oil free of any dirt or contamination.
