The ease of use has been great! It's so much easier to keep track of everything with this software than it was before I started using it. There are some things we can't do in VPO (like edit billing information) but there aren't too many issues at all. If you're looking into getting this software, definitely look into its features because they have what you need as far as patient records goes, and also how easy the program is to navigate through. We've had no problems yet with our patients' medical data being stored properly in the database. Also very helpful for scheduling appointments, which makes keeping track of them go by faster. This helps us get paid quicker as well since we don't have to wait until bills come out each month to see if money came from insurance companies.
