Visual Private Office is a practice management system that is designed for smaller agencies, non-profit, or private practice, that includes modules- client tracking and billing, clinical record, scheduler, medications, and claims management.
The ease of use has been great! It's so much easier to keep track of everything with this software than it was before I started using it. There are some things we can't do in VPO (like edit billing information) but there aren't too many issues at all. If you're looking into getting this software, definitely look into its features because they have what you need as far as patient records goes, and also how easy the program is to navigate through.

I like having all of my appointments in one place so it’s easy to see when someone has an appointment with me! It also helps keep track if we are seeing patients back -to –back which saves us time from calling each other looking up records (which can be quite frustrating). What I like about ViPO so far are its user interface; it's simplicity to use. It makes you more productive because there aren't tons of features (like other apps have). It's not very user friendly if you're new at using the software so be prepared to spend some time getting familiar with how everything works after the initial setup.
