Lixit is my favorite bottle even though it's a bit more expensive than Living World or Super Pet bottles. It hangs better through the bars of the cage. For those who say their bottles are leaking etc. Here's a little tip. I use glass bottles for all my rodent cages, as with any water bottle you need to make sure the washer is in place to prevent leakage. Use a pointed object, e.g. B. A knitting needle to press the washer evenly when the bottle is leaking. The washers come loose as you fill, so turn the bottle upside down over the sink and watch the drips drip slowly and then stop. Check the ball bearing by tapping the end to make sure water is coming out. Do this EVERY time, with EVERY water bottle, regardless of the brand. I have had rodents for over 15 years, there is always a chance that any type of water bottle will not work properly. Lixit has a great track record for me. I was a bit disappointed that two bottles I ordered from Revain were missing the float (green turtle). I plan on writing Lixit and asking her because it's easier to judge the water level when there's a bright float in the bottle.
