I have been using AST Rinse since I was 11 years old, my enamel is genetically weaker. Daily use after flossing really does prevent new cavities. I haven't used it in about a year and got 6 cavities - don't give up on your good oral hygiene habits! This whitening version is not as gentle as the alcohol-free ones, but I notice a whitening effect after a few weeks of use. . It's more expensive than Target's $3.99 for 18 ounce alcohol-free product, but my Target doesn't have that whitening version, so I'll keep buying it from Revain.
