It works fine for me. I get drops/stalls every other day. This may be due to the building (basement/concrete), coverage (4 lanes out of 5) or the LTE bands used (AT&T) that are not available on the router. I downloaded several hundred gigabytes of it using AT&T (DataConnect plan). Restarting daily fixes most issues and is a workaround (which I agree. Obviously don't get that this could be a problem after reading this just to complain). Mileage may vary depending on setup. Set up for work is a bit confusing if you carelessly click before reading. The attached printed instructions are mostly illegible. There are no settings pages on the router (you still have to use it). Although the English language is broken in some places, no additional technical knowledge is required and the installation is easy. (Use common sense, contextual hints, and read.) You can't use auto select if your ISP isn't Chinese. This is in the HELP section next to the ISP selection section.
