Use an unlimited data plan with your carrier

Best $75 I've ever spent saving over $1,000 a year. With a SIM card from a tablet in my mobile phone account, this router uses my unlimited data plan to connect my 3 smart TVs and the DirecTV Genie, eliminating the need for a separate internet bill. Absolutely amazing unit.

Good product. Works for AT&T in US - DO NOT USE AUTO SELECT (use ISP.Cingular)

It works fine for me. I get drops/stalls every other day. This may be due to the building (basement/concrete), coverage (4 lanes out of 5) or the LTE bands used (AT&T) that are not available on the router. I downloaded several hundred gigabytes of it using AT&T (DataConnect plan). Restarting daily fixes most issues and is a workaround (which I agree. Good device, great support

This is a decent device with lots of flexibility and good WiFi coverage. I was planning to use it for 4G internet in a country house but couldn't get it to work with an AT&T SIM card. The seller (Mancy) was very responsive and offered help and suggestions, but in the end I gave in and signed up with a local cable company. But I will keep the device as a router/repeater.

Doesn't work with T-Mobile or Metro

Doesn't work with T-Mobile internet plan. I have tried to contact kuwfi via Amazon support, skype, facebook, whatsapp but have never received any support or reply from them. The software looks like modified OpenWRT and outdated firmware. I bought a RaspberryPi, installed OpenWrt and used my SIM card with it, and it worked better than this no-config setup.

Best connectivity in network products

4 stars because it disconnects internet sometimes but otherwise works great. It rarely happens, but when it does I just turn it off and on again. There are 3 devices connected to it, but they are all used for streaming. And the buffering is good too. We don't use our WiFi for our phones as we are on an unlimited plan, just one computer, one laptop and one media device.

US VERSION WILL NOT WORK WITH VERIZON! VERY DISAPPOINTED!

I PURCHASED THE US VERSION OF THIS MODEM AND IT DOESN'T WORK AT ALL WITH VERIZON! DON'T SPEND YOUR AWESOME TIME TRYING TO GET THIS WORKING WITH VERIZON BECAUSE IT WON'T! EVEN IF YOU SET UP IT WILL SHOW OTHER US CELL COMPANIES BUT VERIZON WILL NOT SHOW!
