So far I've been incredibly happy with my order. I needed tags for my dog and didn't want to pay the insanely high prices that come with handheld engraving machines. It is not only a super low price, but also a very good quality! I'm also really happy with how many lines of text they allow because that's really important for pet tags. (Think of it this way. If you have an accident with your pet, who are they going to call if it only has your number on the tags? Calling them at this point will definitely not help!) Have already recommended this company to several others Service dog handlers simply because of the prices and the ability to have multiple lines of text. The only negative was that they were stuck to the letter and difficult to remove as the tape ripped leaving marks. Luckily, I left some GooGone on it for a few hours and immediately wiped off the remaining tape and residue. However, this is due to the packaging, not the product, so I still give it 5 stars. Overall, I'm thrilled and will be a regular customer! *Please note that I ordered two variants from this company, so I will post this review in another listing. Other than that, my words and opinions are the same for both topics. *
