Before making this great little product I put my melted wax in the freezer for easier removal. Well this didn't always work so I couldn't immediately use my heating pad again which was so inconvenient and prompted me to buy more heating pads so I could switch between them if one wasn't ready. I also avoided buying heating pads without removable shells as I didn't want to put them all in the freezer. These pads are fantastic as they come in a pack of 10 and are made from a type of strong cardstock paper that can handle the heat from your heating pads. The inserts fit both my table heaters and my wall heaters. Since there are 10 liners in a pack, I can simply replace the used liner with melted wax and set it aside to cool while I pull out a new liner to melt the other wax smell. Once the wax hardens, I just pull the liner out. Move the edges slightly and the wax basket will pop out easily. 1-2 melts are applied to each liner, but I haven't tried putting more in one. So happy I bought this product. It has definitely made using my heating pads easier and more enjoyable!
