They offered to replace the pallet without my asking. The follow-up and communication was very good. It's being broadcast as we speak. I will check again after receiving the replacement and see if the same split occurs. I am assured that my problem is quite unusual. Very impressed with customer service. CHANGE FROM 4 STARS TO 5 STARS SI received a replacement for the entire order and has used the can lifter for 5 batches. No problem with the plastic coating of the lift.
