Have bought 5 of these over the last few years to control 500-900w heaters in ponds. The reason I bought so many is because initially they seemed to work fine. I've replaced 3 under 'warranty' where you have to pay shipping and 2 more have failed in the past few weeks. The biggest problem I've encountered is the temperature sensor drift. An inkbird went from 72 to 93 overnight with no change in water temperature. The other block is now stable at 6 degrees. Using the calibration settings feature only seems to work for a few days and then shifts again. For some reason they last 6 to 12 months and then stop working. I can't trust them anymore and one mistake can kill the fish so I exchanged them for another brand.
