Have not used the product yet.The presentation was as shown in the picture, the gems are shiny and the colors are very pretty, the size was perfect for nail decorations that is what I will be using them for. I did not count the quantity of how many gems came in the package they seem to be about the right amount. I can’t comment if they are easy to use since I haven’t used them yet. The tool that came with the gems and the 2 spare heads were in perfect condition. I am happy with the purchase. I will add that one gem was out of the container and was broken, no big deal.
