It took me a long time to track down this tire. My shoe size is 245/45-17, and it is an e-class. This has a relatively flat sidewall, and before I went to the oak Bridgestone, I was skeptical that I would experience a comfortable ride or suppleness in the crevices and depressions typical of our road surface. When I switched to Pirelli tires, though, I discovered just how much of an impact rubber has on ride quality. Badges on the wheels (like the ubiquitous Nokian Hakka green) attest to the fuel efficiency, quietness, and environmental friendliness of these tires. If these measures are accurate, then I have not noticed any major shifts.
