My service light came on on my 2013 Ram 1500. (5.7) The code returned is p0520, which is the oil pressure sensor. I can do it myself and that's it. You will need a 1-1/16 deep outlet and possibly a step stool. The sensor is located above the oil filter on the front of the engine. The connector is a bit tricky to remove, but you simply lift the gray tab (not too hard) and pull the connector out. Unscrew the old sensor and screw in the new one. I don't know what the torque is, so I twisted it until it felt nice and tight. Plug it back in and the only thing left is to reset the code. If you have a scanner you can use it to clear the code, or you can disconnect the battery for about 20 minutes, or you can just let the car drive for a few days and it should clear after a few cycles. This solved my problem. Hope this helps someone else.
