This is the BEST sealant I have ever used. It is the superglue of sealants. This is FOOD SAFETY. You don't need much to bond smooth surfaces, even smooth concrete. It has a STRONG vinegar smell that will go away in about a day. It doesn't come cheap, but it's a moral trait when you're working with water, sinks, kids and anyone who has chemical safety concerns and needs to make sure there aren't any recalls. If you're going to use it in a finished area, you'll need to hold it back and, once it's cured, cover it with something more decorative than a flashy orange-red. I say wait it out, don't just paint over it as any peeling paint leaves a CLEAR problem and will call back.
