Are they expensive? Yes I think so because you only get 30 and if you're like me you have 1000 invisibles all over the house and you can't explain why. I think that usually invisible bobby pins are $1-2 for a hundred pieces. Price aside, however, they work! They grab my hair and stay in place. I can run, I can jump, I can swim and they won't budge. When it's time to shoot, don't pull your hair. They are metal so they are very strong and will hold their shape. I also think the gumming protects it from rusting and paint loss. I have some black bobby pins that look worn out after a while, or I leave them in the bathroom with water on them, not these. They look the same after a lot of uses. Would I buy again, even for the price, they were worth it, but I still had to put a star because there are only 30 in the package. That's $0.02 per hair clip compared to $0.20 per hair clip. Not much if I break it that way, but because I lose the hair clips and let other people use them, it's an advertisement and I have to refill them more often.
