Review on HENCKELS Solution Knife Block Brown by Lauren Russell

A few years ago I bought a set of Henckels knives for my kitchen. I was looking for a set of quality but not too expensive knives that I would use most often and my son had a set of Henckels that I enjoyed using in his kitchen. Henckels had a good selection and I found exactly what I wanted. The knives were sharp and easy to use and sharpened well when needed with our home made sharpener. and knives need to be securely packaged on the road, I was looking for a set that would still contain the knives I use all the time, but a smaller set that would take up less space and be stored in a block that could be clipped on the road . Once again Henckels have created a range of kits that have allowed me to find exactly what I was looking for! However, I didn't want to pay that much this time as it was a caravan that was only used a few weeks a year. This set was a bit cheaper and I was expecting a lower quality than my kitchen set. This set is not that sharp and the knives are a little clumsy to use. That's what I expected for the price and was not disappointed at all. They're a lot better than the knives I had in the trailer and our home sharpener sharpens them quite well. But for my purposes it's great and I would buy it again. If I didn't have a better set, I'd be happy with it in my kitchen too.
