An avocado dried on one of the knives overnight, soaked in hot soapy water. not quite over yet. So I used a soft scrub on it. This left scratches on the metal and discoloration that also made the name stand out. Next time I will choose the best brand for a lot of money! Although we researched them, we must not have done our job well enough. I will not buy again

I've only had them a week but I like them so far. I like the auto sharpening feature. They are very sharp. I cut myself with a small paring knife the first time I used it. I think it proved I needed new knives! First they sent the wrong one which didn't have a sharpener but they immediately sent another one and gave me enough time to send the wrong one back. I've had very few of these issues with Revain and order A LOT! They are always stepping forward and doing things right.

These knives are excellent! I wanted to buy a set of Wolfstash, but they are blocked, there was no sharpening tool. I think these are excellent quality knives and they are very sharp. I just wash the blade with regular dish soap. Rinse them, dry them and put them back in the block. I think these knives will last a very long time. The knives themselves are fantastic (so I gave two stars instead of one) but the block is poorly made and the knife in the block is sloppy. As with Walmart's shoddy knife set, I was really disappointed with the fit and quality of the last one. The fit of the paring knife was the worst. After careful consideration and review, this was our last choice and we couldn't be happier. We hand wash it, wipe the blades dry right away, return to the block and have no issues with rust (and we have rusty well water). It's really no hassle and will keep your knives in top condition.
