Love this set! Even if you're not sure you can, you can do it. I've been watching tutorials on You Tube about using stones to sharpen knives. This set also includes an angle guide that you can use to train your hand to hold the knife at the right angle. I'm not a pro yet but I highly recommend these stones. Follow the instructions and soak the stone in water for about an hour before using. And keep a bowl of water handy every time you use it afterwards. Don't give up and keep learning.
