The brake caliper looks better in the photos than in real life. The wheel wobbles and rattles. It swings up and down, but also side to side. The locking screw is bent. I straightened it out with pliers, so it's not too much of a problem. Calipers don't stay at zero for long. After several measurements, when I fully close the jaws, the reading is still 0.01 or 0.02mm. Finally, the caliper body should be metal, but it doesn't look like it. Feels kind of cheap. Maybe aluminum? It was an inexpensive instrument so I wasn't expecting Starrett quality. It will do for now.
