Review on Enhanced OMAX M83EZ-C50U Trinocular Digital Compound Microscope: 40X-2500X Magnification, 5 MP Digital Camera, and Double Layer Mechanical Stage by James Bull

I love my OMAX. This is an amazing scope at a great price. I've used this more times than I can count - excellent lighting and clarity. I have used this primarily for soil biology and can clearly see and identify different types of nematodes, protozoa, amoeba and fungi, even distinguish between different types of bacteria, although it is difficult without the use of an oil float. You can tell the difference between red and white blood cells very clearly. I give 4 stars because I felt the camera was unusable. I do not recommend paying extra for these optical cameras or viewing/editing software. Tip: Buy a phone attachment to connect to your eyepiece. It might seem tricky at first, but I get much higher resolution images and can immediately post my cool find on social media. I also taught a soil biology class and was able to show some of the samples live for the whole class to see much easier than with a camera and software.
