I feel like the perfect vegetable peeler has yet to be invented. So in the meantime, I'll use these. They aren't the most ergonomic, and (as with most peelers) they aren't the easiest to clean, but they get the job done for the most part. You do have to be choosy which tool you use on what vegetable because some just won't cut it on certain vegetables (literally). Overall, not totally dissatisfied, but there are better options out there.
