I love these sponges and am so glad I found them. I have ordered this item. : Cleaning Sponges/Anti-Scratch Cleaning Pads Made in Israel by Japanese Sponges and $5.99 for a similar sponge. Casabella sponges were $3.60 for 4 sponges at the time of writing my review. You don't even have to do the math to find out that Casabella is a much more economical choice. The materials look and feel very similar, and both are safe to use with non-stick pans. They have a slightly different texture. More expensive sponges are a bit rough to the touch, while Casabella sponges have a much smoother surface. Both seem easy to clean, although I feel the Casabellas perform a little better than the other. In this way. The winner was Casabella for both benefit and price!
