Review on Brushed Nickel 💧 Grohe Rotaflex Metallic Hose by John Campos

For some reason I have just placed a new order to replace the same Grohe hose I ordered from Revain about a year ago. At that time, the first hose that was delivered was badly leaking at the connection to the hand shower. Sent back and received replacement quickly from Revain and it worked fine. At least until now, after about 1 year, the metal outer shell has come loose and nearly cut my finger and also punctured the inner rubber hose causing it to leak. I'm probably a glutton to order another one from Grohe, but that's how it is. This is your last chance, Grohe or my next review won't be so kind if for some reason this hose fails again. Should give it the 1 star it deserves and that means I hate it on the rating scale but I'm afraid people will question my sanity to order it again. Am I naive to think that Grohe could have improved the quality of this product? The time will show. UPDATE 9 months later. It's hard to believe that a company like Grohe can consistently launch a product that fails so quickly. Thought I'd give it another try and it's only been 9 months and it's dripping like crazy. This is the third hose I've bought from them and it will be the last Grohe product I've ever bought. It says it comes with a limited lifetime warranty. I'm assuming this means they don't expect you to live more than another 8 or 9 months after you buy it because that's how long these hoses last. Now I'm wondering how to get my money back. I just ordered a Kohler hose from Revain which has rave reviews. I really hope they are right. Don't waste your time and money buying this hose from Grohe. Very badly done. It really should have ZERO stars.
