The team at actual has been incredibly helpful in developing our marketing strategy for both internal use as well external partners/customers alike! They are always available when I need them - whether it be via email or phone call they're quick responses make working with their firm one less thing we have worry about (or stress over!). We've had several conversations regarding upcoming projects but nothing concrete yet so can't comment too much there unfortunately.- Marketing Strategy development & implementation across multiple channelsInternal communication tools including SlackChatbotsMarketing campaigns from social advertising through direct mailings The team at actual are great! They listen well & understand your business issues/challenges perfectly before coming up with creative solutions for you - which makes them one amongst few who can actually deliver value in terms what they promise!! I have not come across anything about their services as yet so far everything has been good from my end (website design)!! Highly recommended if looking out for high quality customer service providers :) Would love to work together some time soon!
