Doesn't give accurate readings
I gave two stars because the meter is easy to read and the long probe works well. When tested in hot oil at 350°F against a known thermometer that read correctly, one of the pairs read 325°F and the other 300°F! They couldn't even agree. They cannot be relied upon to do what is asked of them - to provide an accurate reading of the temperature of the cooking liquid. These return.
