Very Helpful for those who do most work themselves

I like that when you create an account with them it's very easy to get set up quickly without learning too much new software or having someone else doing all of your paperwork in order so they can help as needed if something goes wrong! It was not great at first but after some training we have been able solve our problems ourselves now which has improved their service greatly - no more needing extra people just because one person didn't know what he/she should be looking into next time there are questions asked by another team member!!

Flexible system, adaptable (but still flexible) enough depending upon needs within different departments; this is helpful due sometimes being assigned work where other employees may need certain information before starting.
