The first one I opened wouldn't turn on so I had to replace the battery and there were no magnets on the back like it was never finished or tested. When I put a new battery in, it came on. The rest turned on. Now for accuracy, the two are within 0.5 degrees of each other. The other always has a height of at least 1.2 degrees. Finally, the one with no magnets and dead battery is at least 10 degrees high, so I believe it was never inspected by QC. I say yours will come in the same condition - this is just a warning.
