I use one of these at work. We manage over 2000 workstations. We use this all the time to create a new image and copy it. One bay was dead when I started, we still use it. Soon the entire squad died. We've been using it for 13 months. I called Startech and found out it has a two year warranty. I sent them proof of purchase, they sent an RMA. Two weeks later I had a new blockage. They are useful and have the right things. The only problem I've found with this type of device is that the HDD or SSD must be the same size or they won't work.
