Review on 🔌 Ingco Auto Ranging Digital Clamp Meter TRMS 6000 Counts - AC/DC Voltage, Current, Resistance, Capacitance, Diode Test, Temperature - DCM6005 by Michael Gonzales

I bought this meter specifically to be able to measure DC current with a clamp. It's surprisingly accurate for that. I've double-checked it with a built-in ammeter that I trust, and after properly zeroing the clamp meter, it's almost exactly the line current (typically +/- 1 digit). This applies to currents > 5 A and also to currents in the 10-50 mA range. The last one was a pleasant surprise. There are a few minor annoyances like unwanted noise when switching modes or slightly overwhelmed button function, but the measurements are accurate, the autorange is fast enough, the display is easy to read, especially from the outside, the probes are intact, and the carrying case is included is a nice touch. I am very happy with the purchase.
