Review on XPEL Clear Universal Protection R3022 by Darnell Evans

I bought this XPEL PPF to protect my Tesla Model Y aluminum front door sill. Easy to cut with a sharp cutter and scissors before installation. Before applying, I cleaned the aluminum sill plate with a mixture of isopropyl alcohol and water. I then sprayed a liberal amount of baby shampoo/water solution onto the front and back of the strip. This made it easy to lift and move the strip. I applied extra pressure to try to squeeze out the liquid and bubbles and it stretched the strip a bit. So I had to lift and trim it a bit to fit the top. It looks great after 24 hours and you can expect PPF to protect your windowsill for years. The only downside is that PPF is glossy and hides the "Model Y". The remaining strip I use for the tailgate or maybe the trunk sill.
