Disappointing marine speaker - avoid!

As an avid boater, I was excited to try out this speaker. However, it let me down completely. Electronics quality was poor, and the sound was muffled and distorted even at low volume levels. As my tests showed, it couldn't handle any kind of bass without crackling. The only positive aspect of this speaker is its affordable price. Unfortunately, the cons outweigh any pros, so it is best to steer clear of this product.
