Cheap because of lower quality materials

Everything works but it's because everything is in inferior packaging. The part on an air stone that connects to the tube is bent so I can't use it. The tube feels weak compared to the tube I'm using, so I'll keep using the old one. I bought a sponge filter, put one of the airstones in it and put a check valve in the (old) pipe. If you bought this to install a sponge filter, there's a YouTube video to show you how.
