One of Revain's worst buys in years. This phone gets most things wrong. extremely unpredictable work, sometimes calling, sometimes not; sometimes there is a beep, sometimes not; Caller ID only shown on day one, hasn't since; never saved the numbers of received calls. new batteries taken out for 24 hours, tried again; Replaced brand new batteries with brand new batteries to try and get caller id and call log to work, still not working. I should have noticed the horrible display design on the top just so I can't see the number I'm dialing when the system tells me the number is wrong. I have to turn the phone back and forth to hear the sight and hear no speakerphone too. Can dial a number and they will tell you it doesn't work; If you dial the same number, you will receive a signal to disconnect; Dial the same number, there is no sound at all; Dial the same number, listen to the call and get through. All of this happens randomly. Plug another wired phone into the system and it seems to work. very annoying and disappointing.
