Update: Okay, I'll upgrade this to two stars. Read my original review below. Upon further investigation, I believe I simply received a faulty product. Since my regulator was already broken, I went through it and tried to pull it to break it again. This time I pulled it really hard and it didn't break! I checked where mine broke and it looks like the rubber has a weak spot right there (looks like it was punctured by a two prong machine). So mine broke very easily, but I don't think that's normal. I'm debating whether to buy the same thing again or take something different. Anyway, below is my first review: I have never given a one star review but this chain adjuster/tensioner broke 5 seconds after opening the box. I pulled LIGHTLY on the regulator and it broke immediately. I'm very glad I opened it now, I was tempted to just throw it in the car, still in the packaging. I recommend if you buy them test them right away, don't wait for snow! Other Notes: Yes, there are two regulators in the package. I've already started returning to Revain. Raven is great!
