This product just doesn't work as a light switch. The touch sensor is defective. watch the video What you see is a replacement that the genius craftsman sent us because the first one failed in exactly the same way. Same story with two other panels in our house. We replaced them all after contacting the brilliant support team and they are still buggy and unusable. "Smart" dimmers are twice as bad; they have the same problems with the touch screen; I really have no idea what happens when I try to dim the light. Will the light go out? Will it go full brightness? Will it fade a little? Impossible to say until you look like an idiot in front of your family for turning off the lights during dinner.
