Broken after first use
When I unlocked it for the first time after installing it in my RV, I had trouble inserting the key. After I removed it, I almost couldn't get the key out. Now the key is not inserted at all and is useless. Update: I have brought this to the attention of the seller (CZC AUTO) and they are sending a replacement. After the experience with the first one I had trouble getting it off the trailer, not sure I'll try again but 5 stars for the customer service!
