This lock is very efficient. The way it's built makes it almost impossible to remove with bolt cutters. We use it to secure an aluminum trailer as anti-theft protection and now I don't have to worry about the trailer anymore.

After ONE use this lock completely collapsed and fell apart. I knew something was wrong when the key was barely in the lock. Luckily I have a spare plug because that thing doesn't help at all. I return to Revane urgently!

Pleasantly surprised at the high quality of these locks. Significantly more secure than conventional locks. I don't expect corrosion to be a problem as I tested that a strong magnet would be attracted to the locks and they weren't...not ferrous metals to corrode. .

Not the type of lock I expected but it works. This lock requires you to use a key to open or close the lock. You don't insert the key, turn it to open, and pull out the lock. Instead, you have to insert the key and turn, turn, and turn it until it opens. The actual lock seems nice and secure and serves its purpose perfectly.

Just two months later the tumbler in one of the locks broke preventing the key from being inserted. This is the same bug that many people have claimed (and I've chosen to ignore). Luckily my misfortune came when the lock was open; so I didn't have to cut it off. Both locks are going in the bin now because I don't want the second one falling apart in the middle of nowhere.

When I unlocked it for the first time after installing it in my RV, I had trouble inserting the key. After I removed it, I almost couldn't get the key out. Now the key is not inserted at all and is useless. Update: I have brought this to the attention of the seller (CZC AUTO) and they are sending a replacement. After the experience with the first one I had trouble getting it off the trailer, not sure I'll try again but 5 stars for the customer service!

This is a fairly standard, inexpensive hitch lock. This is mostly safe and will keep your hitch from opening. This can deter inexperienced thieves from tampering, but does not prevent professional theft. It's small for what it is and it works. It's made well enough to be secure, and holds a couple of latches closed until you open it. I do not know the seller and have not received any money or product for my random review. 210528 1456

This lock is a bit harder to get on and off than the ones I've had before, but it will be extremely difficult for a thief to pick; maybe even impossible. The wrench acts like a screwdriver and turns the locking pin into a threaded socket. There is no place for bolt cutters to get at the pin. I wish I could give it negative stars. A complete piece of shit. Used for the first time yesterday. I came home last night and the lock wouldn't pick. I couldn't remove it from the trailer. Tried both keys, WD40, pliers for a better grip on the key, NOTHING. worked on it for hours. Tight fit so bolt cutters cannot be used. I had to miss a day of work because I couldn't unhook the trailer and there was no way to park the truck and trailer in the garage. Extremely annoying and uncomfortable. Home
