I wish I could give it negative stars. A complete piece of shit. Used for the first time yesterday. I came home last night and the lock wouldn't pick. I couldn't remove it from the trailer. Tried both keys, WD40, pliers for a better grip on the key, NOTHING. worked on it for hours. Tight fit so bolt cutters cannot be used. I had to miss a day of work because I couldn't unhook the trailer and there was no way to park the truck and trailer in the garage. Extremely annoying and uncomfortable. Home is trying to figure out how to cut the piece of shit out of the lock without damaging the trailer. Do yourself a favour, save yourself the trouble. I had to pay a locksmith. He tried tirelessly to unlock it, but to no avail. I had to drill to loosen the lock. Many aggravating circumstances and costs.
