These headphones are good as long as they work but I have two others of the same model for my other offices and all three failed after six months to a year. The incoming audio is fine, but the microphone cuts out or there is a short in the line and the other party cannot hear you or only hears part of the conversation. The same happened with all three ordered headphones. Don't buy it unless you need headphones instead of a microphone for calls. Very disappointed in Plantronics. As a rule, this is a quality manufacturer. I have other Plantronics products that work great. That must be a design flaw with these headphones. I am a confirmed buyer of three identical headphones from Revain.
