I like the bottle. It's cute so I bought two, one for me and one for my daughter. We're both trying to lose some weight, and drinking plenty of water helps curb hunger and snacking cravings between healthy meals. I like it more than water bottles and they hold a little more than these bottles. I've had a very bad habit since childhood of drinking a famous brand dark soft drink all day every day. I'm pretty sure it contributed to my coronary artery disease. For my weight requirements, I need to drink at least five 16-ounce bottles of water a day. This bottle's mouthpiece is designed to allow me to drink a lot at once and beat the time goals stated on the bottle. The way the water hits my neck is so refreshing and soothing that I can't stop drinking after the time listed on the bottle lol. Good yes? I've made a pact with myself not to have any other drinks until I hit the timestamps printed on them. Don't worry, I fill up on water, eat healthy food, wash it down with more water, and cravings for other types of beverages go down to almost zero. I'll buy a few more to fill up and have ready rather than keep refilling.
