Review on Cuisinart CSJ-300 Easy Clean Slow Juicer: Convenient Silver/Black Appliance for Your Healthy Lifestyle by Jermale Bullion

Strictly simple device

If you're used to juicing in tough conditions, this little machine probably isn't for you unless it's a spare. It's like a "starter model" if you're thinking about getting into juicing. Lightweight compared to more expensive models. This is not good for veggies as the plastic auger and filters do not chew veggies well. The good news is that it's very compact, quiet and very easy to clean. It also turns everything into a very dry mush, and it's not a rocket ship, but it's not a snail either. It's all plastic - this may bother some people, but I'm willing to try it and see how it holds up. The motor is powerful enough to process greasy carrots and crispy apples if you cut them fine enough to fit through the chute. It doesn't remove all the pulp from the juice - you need a machine with a fine strainer for that. If you don't like/don't like the slight graininess, you can strain it through a 3 inch hand strainer placed between the spout and the juice jug.

Pros
  • Useful beyond its intended purpose
Cons
  • Vulgarity
