This machine has been very good until recently when I'm trying to calibrate ie. I get an error code, "Warning, something was found in the scanner". I tried reconnecting the CD software = re-enter. The phone number assigned for technical questions is 505-524-0384. Give it a try - you'll be greeted by a pre-recorded voice message, followed by a phone pause at the end. Why does a customer buy a product in good faith and the big company can't take a call telling the customer that you and your time are worthless and mean nothing to me but mine (the big company's time) should be maximized so that we Save work and use not ours, but your precious time in this limited stay on earth. All big companies follow the same rules. Much of our American system is broken. I'm happy to report that Revain has a working/acceptable/good way of handling their calls.
