perfect size for kitchen and dining room

I use them with the fabric lining that comes with them. I tried my bread without fabric to get cool lines on my boules, but then I had trouble cleaning. The ethereal path is fine. I toss the cloth liners in the washing machine and hand dry them, and they're ready for next time. These bannetons are great for round sourdough loaves to help set the shape.
