No more than a few uses
Socks and heels wear out and have holes after a few uses. I've bought several pairs and they all had holes in them after a few uses. I can wear cheap regular socks (or even athletic socks) for 8,000 miles without a single puncture. Simply put, these socks are expensive and will break after a few uses. Save your money, they are rubbish.
