We have been using it for several years now as our primary emailing tool - we've found that its capabilities are very well suited towards B2C (business) type campaigns but can be used at lower levels of sophistication in more transactional types scenarios too! The integration into Zapier has allowed us some great efficiencies by sharing functionality between two tools which previously would need separate integrations or API access etc., however there's still lots left yet untapped so always keep an eye out where you think improvements could happen next :) Support from Salesforce Marketing cloud team also excellent when any issues arise such as missing features/fields upon sending emails through SFMC connector! Automation & segmentations within multiple touch points via various channels including push notifications / website retargetings helps bring about better results than traditional methods alone e.g increasing newsletter subscribers who then convert higher up sales funnel.
