I've been looking for a tool that can scrape under the blades of my Vitamix. I recently made a large batch of Mole for our family, which meant four batches of the precious mix went through the Vitamix twice! My Vitamix straight scrapers weren't that helpful. THIS scraper is exactly what I needed. It penetrates well under the blades and allows you to extract more mixture from the container. That might not be a problem for a smoothie, but for something as thick, oily, and labor-intensive as a mole, it reduces waste and allows you to get more of your prized blend.
