Was looking for a good speedbag for my Valor Ca-53 platform, I paired it with the Everlast Professional Swivel Speedbag. The bag holds air well for a latex bag. Go a week without additional Blacksmithing with daily use. Latex bags always leak a little but have much better rebound and speed. Rubber is only found in inferior bags that hold air better, but won't work alongside a latex bag.
